Pair of Mid-century Porcelain Figurines — Chinese Lady with Pipa & Art Deco Slen
This lot includes two mid-century porcelain figurines. The first depicts a traditional Chinese lady or courtesan playing a pipa, rendered in classical robes with a soft glaze and green trim. The second figurine is an elongated, minimalist female figure reflecting Art Deco style, adorned with a high hair bun and a gold line necklace. Both figures appear unmarked, suggesting mid-century orientalist imports. The Chinese lady figurine is in good condition, while the Art Deco figure has a noticeable chip near the base. These items likely date from the 1950s to 1980s, characteristic of mid-century decorative collectibles.
